Basically, they are saying that teachers are now deciding factors when it comes to recognizing mental illness.

If they cannot indoctrinate liberty out of our youth then they will just declare the individualist to have a mental illness.

they aren't that stupid. they'll just pull out autism and put in something else. Europe uses ICD not DSM-5.
