    if Japan is armed, will we leave? how about Korea? I welcome an armed Japan that can defend itself against NK and regional bully China. The Japanese might be the ones saving our asses one day

    Japan is locked to US indoctrination due to little natural resources, especially oil. Japan received waivers from the US, allowing the "land of little fossil fuels" to receive Iranian crude oil.

    So the USA has Japan locked in since world war 2 by controlling the oil huh. Nice.
