Why hasn't any copyright troll done this?

We've all heard about copyright trolling, they usually involve either silencing an infringer based on one little thing they post on their site, or sometimes inducing a person to infringe, and suing them without warning. Although the main intention is profit, many have speculated the conspiracy theories of using it as a workaround to censorship, especially for political purposes.

What we see here is that copyright trolls, and abusers, attempting to eliminate competition or infringement by silencing sites based on one picture, one article or maybe even a sentence. This doesn't last long, because as soon as it gets close to court, more likely than not, infringers would have acted in good faith and removed the questionable content, thereby preserving the remaining of their voice/platform.

If these trolls REALLY wanted to silence an integral part of political discourse, THIS is what they would do : write their opposition's opinions for them! That means they can copyright protect the opinions they write, and their opposition can never cite or use it outside of fair use! (Fair use goes pretty broad, especially in discourse).

Perhaps this was the idea behind movies like 2016, An Inconvenient Truth, Fahrenheit 9/11. You can quickly tell if the producer is looking to make money or to spread his propaganda (they are completely opposite agendas with opposite tactics). Worse yet, if they get aggressive on copyright enforcement/takedowns : you can bet they're more interested in money than getting people to join their side, or, perhaps worse! They're written by the opposition to make money off the people who agree with the film, but to prevent the side that needs/wants it the most from using it without paying! Put simply : Michael Moore can write a film about how good it is to have low taxes, less government, and free markets, he'll get paid by conservatives who want to watch it, but conservatives can't use, promote or otherwise win people over with his film without paying him!
