Default Patraeus "Affair" Resignation Stonewalls Congressional Benghazi Testimony

Just two days after President Obama’s re-election, General David Petraeus, the CIA Director, has resigned from the administration over an extramarital affair. Petraeus was slated to testify before Congress next week on the murder of four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, in Benghazi, Libya. Bret Baier of Fox News just tweeted, "With Petraeus’ resignation effective immediately, he will not testify next week & lawmakers are said to be 'stunned' by the announcement."

He 100% needs to testify, regardless of him quitting.

This is an easy out. They dropped his affair on him when they needed him gone. This is a political maneuver to protect those responsible for the attack.
The CIA has a primary task ofensuring they have any and all scandals at the ready to destroy a loose end. Every influential person, I would imagine, has a file on them with politically useful "sins".

This stinks because it was deliberate and noticeable.

Broadwell mentioned illegal CIA prisoners as reason for attack in speech last month.

Also, see in another article that her father says this is about something else entirely.

The pieces are falling into place and CIA prisoners are the last fact to be proven.
