Rand Paul to be on CSPAN, Sunday, 10/28 at 10 A.M. ET.
They just now announced it during CSPAN's Washington Journal.

Call in if you have something of substance to add or ask. No crazy conspiracy theory talk please, I cringe every time a Paul supporter calls in and goes off the deep end.
I don't know that it will be a call-in program that he will be on. I can't remember the name of the program, but it wasn't going to be Washington Journal.
The name of the program is Newsmakers, it is pre-recorded and I don't think they have people calling in. The video will be available here once the show airs:

Some interesting responses in that. Pretty sure I could've guessed these.
1. He will support Mitch McConnell's re-election bid. (starts around 21:00)
2. He won't use Rand PAC against any incumbent Republicans during future primaries.
3. He does not think any tax increases should be part of the 'fiscal cliff' final package.
4. He repeated his 'growing the party' strategy of a less aggressive foreign policy and making room for more diverse opinions on domestic issues, while still holding to a strict balance the budget fiscal policy, as a way to put states on the west coast and the northeastern US in play for Republicans.
