Default Is the U.S.A. a bully when it comes to foreign policy?

Here is an article that compares foreign policy to kids interacting on a school yard.
Countries are categorized as either: small kids, bullies, know-it-alls, loners, pacifists, or popular kids: http://socraticnews.com/ArticleDetai...x?article=9223

Years ago I watched a video clip dated from 2004 regarding Nuclear technology and torture, and the man giving a speech certainly claimed that the American governments of the past were no different than the government of that era. So it some situations yes.

LOL, the U.S.A. reminds me of the kid that stands around telling another kid (Iran) to shut-up (stop making a bomb). The other kid (Iran) didn't ever say anything (never started making a bomb) before but when he (Iran) finally says "I didn't say anything", the kid (U.S.A.) punches him in the nose because he didn't shut up and actually said something.

The USA and New Zealand don't have a free trade agreement because New Zealand *doesn't* have nukes and this angers America greatly.

A government is just a body of people, notably, usually, ungoverned.
