Well, this is very good news and I wish them all success. Let it mark a growing trend that the tyrants be relegated to ever smaller fiefdoms.

My concern will lay with the question of the manner in which they will choose to govern themselves. I suspect it will be the same old nonsense. Still, the smaller scale may well afford the citizens a more palatable flavor of slavery.

I suppose if things must suck, better they suck less.

Cataluña is in the North (NE) and the separatism talk is beyond over-hyped.
