His is the probably the only speech I'll watch for the rest of the season. I definitely thought that was the kick-off for his 2016 run. He's immensely popular, and he has a ton of charisma. I'd say he's a definite factor.
I think he will be too. Also he turned Mitt down for VP, which is another signal he has his own ambitions.
