____(state name)___ for Liberty domains all taken, asking money

My state is organizing legally to form a coalition under the name "Mississippi for Liberty"
We discover that ALL STATES have been taken with this name. All ask for money and
    look like this web page.

Anyone know who did this and why?
Remember about a year ago that guy made a website that got some contributions that were meant for Ron Paul?
Wonder if this effort is the same type thing?

The sites endorse generic Republicans. Registered anonymously by a domain name registration company March 21, 2012
Client renew prohibited and expires March 21, 2013
I'll bet money the Republicans made it.

For every state an identical site, just the state name different:
    http://www.mississippiforliberty.org/
    http://www.alabamaforliberty.org/
They made a site for every state in the union. Either Romney did this or the national GOP to get RP supporters
    http://www.usforliberty.org/endorsements
    etc.

Probably a domain squatter hoping to make a few hundred or thousand bucks off a few of them.

Bet Romney or the national GOP did it -- by "Nation Builder" (Republicans trying to get the libertarians)
In every state, the generic GOP is suggested as a candidate
