The Romney campaign, as the presumptive nominee, planned and organized much of the convention since the summer. If it were brokered then no, he would be unable to be involved.

Yeah, that's it. I'm actually surprised there hasn't been a move to simplify the delegates process this time around- there was a lot of talk about it after '08 when people thought that the Democrat's super delegates would decide that contest, and again this year because of what happened.

Oh well- maybe next time.
