    Another instance of a company trying to limit competitors market share by using gov't regs. There may be more of these types of lawsuits happening due to the rising interest of firearm ownership and companies trying to supply the increase in demand with new products.

    It looks very similar to a Glock but that's about it. Doesn't even fire live ammunition. I think Glock jumped the gun (pun intended) on this lawsuit. They should have at least waited until a live fire version was about to be released before claiming infringement.
