That's from the annual GOTJ (Gathering of the Juggalos) where they have "cute" nicknames for landmarks at Cave-In Rock, IL such as Hepatitis Lake (it got the name for being full of trash and used condoms) and Drug Bridge (drug dealers walk around with signs that advertise the drugs they are selling and the prices).

Never been into Hip-Hop,, or that whole scene. I have been to many concerts over the years though.
I remember one,,inside Diamond Head crater. There were many vendors,with signs advertizing their wares openly.
Green, Gold, Red, Sticks, Opiates, Pills etc. In the midst of this cornucopia of choice, was a guy with a paper bag full of rattle cans and a rag.. Huffing paint.

I guess since ICP's career revival, they're able to book better acts for their festival. Too bad it costs so much
