Cheating comes home to Iowa; Open Letter to the Caucus Review Committee

I'd like to have more eyeballs on this:

    http://www.dailypaul.com/244789/chea...he-iowa-caucus

Activists in Fairfield, Iowa, have been doing all in their power to uncover the source of election rigging in Iowa, the so-called secretive Kansas firm and more. They have met nothing but resistance.

Despite this, these activists, Jim Morrow and Randall Becker, have refused to relent and achieved the incredible, which was to get their letter-to-the-editor prominently published in the Cedar Rapids Gazette. Any advancement like this is miraculous and is a testimony to their persistence and the righteousness of their cause.

An effort is now under way to independently confirm the vote through watchthevote2012, LibertyUSA PAC, and others. Your help is needed. Any of you in Iowa who is aware of election irregularities, post this, here. Other states where this effort is required include Alabama, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Texas, and California.

For instance, in Travis County, Texas, our team has purchased all the voter rolls. Thus, calls must be made to determine if Dr. Paul really got defeated in large every precinct, without exception.

And remember, with Iowa, the results were "uncertifiable." So, let's certify them ourselves.

This post represents a massive effort to discover the exact count of votes in suspect precincts, not just in Iowa but elsewhere, where rigging is suspected. It must be done BEFORE Tampa. Activists are now in the field. Manpower and funding are required.

This data is essential for litigation, as it represents definitive proof of election rigging, a felony offense. The data required is affidavits from each all RP voters in suspect precincts.

Back to Iowa. The GOP was simply adding votes to the precincts in order to buffer up the counts for Romney but also Santorum. Edward L. True defined one instance. There was an equally egregious act, where some 29 votes were maliciously added to Santorum's totals in Appanoose-Union. Only after an alert activist called the GOP on this were the results altered, to only 3 votes.

In particular, Des Moines and Story Counties were likely hotbeds for election manipulation. Activists in Iowa are needed to determine the exact extent of the rigging.

The plan is on hyper-drive. We just need your help and support. If you are a major activist, who wishes to prove vote rigging, please let us know, right away. The effort will include canvassing and phone banking. Let's break the evidence of election rigging before Tampa.

The RNC is exceedingly fearful about any proof that is brought forth on rigging, thus the need to document this BEFORE the convention. When even the slightest documentation of rigging is discovered, it will be added to the lawsuit.

We need hard proof. We now have the system in place to do it. If even one cheated vote is found, we sue.

UPDATE: our activists, especially the Watchthevote2012 team, led by Jim Condit, Jr., Mike Smith, Judy Spadey, Edward L. True, and others, have tirelessly worked to confirm the vote in Iowa, not just in this election but also in 2008 and in 1996, when votes were rigged against Buchannan. This team will be combined with the LibertyUSA PAC team to achieve the ultimate, which is to prove the theft of votes in the primaries and caucuses. If it takes us all year, so be it. We've been cheated, and we are going to prove it.

Vote rigging can only be proven by the grassroots. Paid campaign workers have actually obstructed this effort. It is unconscionable that the people we have paid who block our efforts to achieve the win. Yet, there is a plethora of evidence for this. The Cedar Rapids Gazette

    Transparency is Essential

    Sunday July 15, 2012
    By Jim “Woodward” Morrow and

    Randall “Bernstein” Becker

To the Iowa Republican Caucus Review Committee:

For Iowa to maintain its “first in the nation” status, more than lip service must be given to transparency. Every attempt we have made to discover what the “Kansas Firm” is has been stonewalled — either met with silence or straight out refusal to answer.

In a Jan. 4 post titled “Anatomy of Caucus Night in Iowa,” Des Moines Register chief political writer Jennifer Jacobs wrote: “About 50 call-takers at a Kansas firm hired by the Iowa GOP are taking the vote counts from the counties, overseen by a team of about a dozen Iowa Republicans.”

Then about two weeks later, Jacobs wrote: “County officials reported the precinct votes by phone with live call-takers or logged in to a security code-protected website.”

We believe that it is not possible for the Caucus Review Committee (CRC) to recommend improvements for the Iowa caucus without knowing what in fact happened on caucus night. Specifically, the word “transparency” is written and spoken about regularly, but rarely defined. We contend that the integrity of the process itself hinges upon the ability of the most impartial disinterested observer(s) to witness every step of the voting process, the individuals and companies involved whether paid or volunteer.

Anything less is suspect; fraught with, at best, the lack of accountability, and at worst, the likelihood of outright fraud at the level of vote-counting mechanism.

Knowing what the “Kansas Firm” and the “secure website” are is absolutely essential to a real review of the Iowa GOP caucus. Anything less is an insult to the citizens of Iowa, particularly Iowa Republicans who are keen to know their elected officials are selected honestly.

As then-executive director of the Republican Party of Iowa, and now co-chair with David Chung of the Caucus Review Subcommittee on Tabulations and Operations, Chad Olsen had to have either hired the Kansas Firm or approved whoever did hire it. If there is nothing to hide, then why is this information being hidden?

The Kansas Firm represents a black box of sorts. Votes could have gone in one way and come out another. Every attempt we have made to discover this black box — to peek inside it — has been thwarted. What is the Kansas Firm? Is it really in Kansas, or were the “50 call takers” imported to a room at the Radisson Hotel, next to Republican Party headquarters for caucus night?

What is the URL of the “secure website”? Who or what company set it up? Who had access to it?

    Long form letter:
OUR OPEN LETTER TO THE CRC – LONG FORM

Open Letter to the Caucus Review Committee
If Iowa is to maintain its “First in the Nation” status, more than lip service must be given to “transparency.” Every attempt we have made to discover what the “Kansas Firm” is – even with the Des Moines Register which revealed it – has been stonewalled – met with silence or straight out refusal to answer. Is the dialogue and fact finding of the CRC being “steered,” as many claim the Warren Commission was? Our experience says “yes.”

On January 4th in a post titled “Anatomy of Caucus Night in Iowa,” Des Moines Register Chief Politics Writer, Jennifer Jacobs wrote:

2:30 p.m. — [Chad] Olsen arrives at the party’s designated hacker-proof, protester-proof “undisclosed location”: Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse and two meeting rooms at the Radisson Hotel, near the Des Moines airport.

Two satellite trucks are in the parking lot, and a bunch of journalists with cameras are in the lobby, but the press never figures it out. “They literally were right there, and they didn’t know it,” Olsen said.

7:20 p.m. — Warren County’s Whitebreast precinct is the first to report. About 50 call-takers at a Kansas firm hired by the Iowa GOP are taking the vote counts from the counties, overseen by a team of about a dozen Iowa Republicans.
    [emphasis added]

Then about two weeks later, after the IGOP Caucus Certification, in a follow up post on January 19th, Ms. Jacobs wrote:

2012: Iowa Republican officials moved their tabulating center from party headquarters to an undisclosed location to ward against hackers and protesters. County officials reported the precinct votes by phone with live call-takers or logged in to a security-code-protected website. [emphasis added]

We believe that it is not possible for the Caucus Review Committee (CRC) to recommend improvements to the Iowa Caucus without knowing what in fact happened on Caucus night. Knowing what the “Kansas Firm” and the “secure website” are is absolutely essential to a real review of the Iowa GOP caucus.

Our local Jefferson County IGOP chair admitted that she both phoned in and then logged in to the “secure website,” but refused to confirm that she had called the “Kansas Firm,” give us the phone number, or the URL of the secure website. A June 4th e-mail to Chad Olsen, until recently the Executive Director of the IGOP and now the co-chairman of the Operations and Tabulations Sub-Committee of the CRC, and openly copied to the sub-committee Chair, David Chung, the CRC Chair, Bill Schickel, Jennifer Jacobs and Kathie Obradovich of the Register, and James Lynch of Source Media Group in Cedar Rapids (the Gazette and KCRG TV) – remains unanswered – by anyone.

Mr. Olsen had to have either hired the “Kansas Firm” or approved whoever did hire it. Ditto with the “secure website.” If there is nothing to hide, then why is this information being hidden? The “Black Box” that the “Kansas Firm” represents, is a huge potential “black eye” on the Iowa Caucus. As such, it is far too important to be glossed over by the CRC. It takes little imagination in this technological era to realize that this Black Box (“Kansas Firm”) is rife with possibilities for vote fraud – or more precisely, vote counting and reporting fraud.

Tallies from large precinct or districts of counties could have been honestly and accurately phoned in or entered on the secure website, by those precinct and county chairs responsible, but then altered before getting to the IGOP secret “hacker-proof, protester-proof ‘undisclosed location’: Johnny’s Italian Steak House.” Because the input to the Black Box was apparently highly granular – “Warren County’s Whitebreast precinct is the first to report” – but the output was greatly reduced in granularity or resolution by nearly 18 to 1 (1774 precincts over 99 counties.) Precincts where candidate “A” won handily – by a substantial margin, perhaps – would blame the other precincts if their county was reported as being won by candidate “B,” for example.

If this did in fact take place, the perpetrators would then have two weeks to acquire and Photoshop the Form E’s to make them conform to what was reported on Caucus night. How many precinct, district and county chairs made the trip to Des Moines to see the assembled Form E’s when they were revealed two weeks later?

Because of the very real possibility that the “Kansas Firm” is more a red herring than a black box – that it has been setup in advance to discredit those of us who now ask for full disclosure – the CRC must be aware of this CIA type “op” as a “limited hangout” or “blown cover as cover.” It may very well be that when the “Kansas Firm” is disclosed and an investigation shows that what went out was exactly the same as what went in – the tallies they reported (to whomever they reported them) were the same numbers as were reported to them. If this proves to be the case, then this may merely move the real black box further up the line – between the “Kansas Firm” and IGOP HQ.

Global telecommunications being what it is today, that Black Box could have literally been anywhere in the world, with only a tiny number of people actually knowing the tabulation process. We need an audit. We hereby request Matt Schultz, the Iowa Secretary of State, to openly and independently select 5% of the largest districts, and get affidavits of tallies of those precinct or district chairs, along with verification of those tallies from a supporter of each of the top three finishers, Santorum, Romney and Paul. Those results could then be tracked through the Kansas Firm and to the official Form E’s for those precincts or districts that the IGOP displayed for the certification. Any discrepancy would of course merit a grand jury investigation.

I am personally convinced there was cheating in Iowa (and most other states), just because of this chart:

I you're new to these charts, they represent the Cumulative Vote Tally from small to large (left to right). These lines are normally horizontal in fair elections. Romney was clearly flipping the votes through a "black box". This black box can be implemented by unscrupulous manual counters, central tabulators of even individual voting machines, provided they have been programmed that way prior to the elections.

I dunno. It sounded good until I got to "UPDATE: our activists, especially the Watchthevote2012 team, led by Jim Condit, Jr.". He hurt Dr. Paul quite a bit in the '08 election with some of his antics. It is one thing to do his thing on his own, but another to attach Ron Paul or this movement to it. Hopefully, he isn't doing that this time and if not, power to 'em.

I don't know anything about Jim Condit, but I do know that when I chart the (NH) precincts that were monitored by WatchTheVote2012, the results flat-line. WatchTheVote includes a lot of people on the ground. If Condit is a bad apple, then the rest of the group surely makes up for it.

Another thing that bothers me is that I distinctly remember the campaign announcing to not participate in WatchTheVote. I don't know if it was because of Condit or other reasons.

I was baffled to hear that from the campaign.

    Edit: Found this:

Jim Condit Jr. Answers RP Iowa Paid Staffers (Demetria Kasaria and Matt Collins) Who Are Trying to Stop RP Supporters from Effectively Watching the Vote with WatchTheVote2012.com

Jim Condit Jr. Answers RP Iowa Paid Staff member, Demetria Kasaria, on his telling "WatchTheVote2012" Bravehearts To Stand Down and NOT To Participate in the "WatchTheVote2012" effort for the Iowa Caucus 2012. ----- RP paid staffers Matt Collins and Demetria Kasaria dropped everything on Dec 28, 2011 to spend a full day runing block for the Rhinos and NeoCons in the Iowa GOP State HQ -- and traitorously did everything they could on web forums to confuse Ron Paul supporters, and persuade them NOT to report what they see at their caucus to WatchTheVote2012.

AT THE SAME TIME, Kasaria is brazenly telling us that the RP Iowa staff will NOT put caucus results up on the internet to double-check the Iowa State GOP and their chosen henchmen this year, and preventing them from rigging the Iowa Caucus against Ron Paul this year, like they rigged it against Buchanan in 1996. If Kasaria and Collins aren't enemy agents that have been planted in Ron Paul's camp -- then they are doing a great imitation of same.

Here is one sentence put out to tens of thousands by Matt Collins:

"Ron Paul's Campaign in Iowa is doing excellent! They have plenty of volunteers, and everything is going very well." Then Collins tells RP supporters from the other 49 states to STAY OUT OF IOWA.
