    Sounds like the local government is manipulating technicalities in order to have their way. Shameful as hell.

    So the city of Norfolk wants to take over the property and give it to the local university? Do they really need more room to pump out liberal arts and Keynesian economic degrees funded by millions more in federal student loan debt?

    I didn't click the link, but if this is the case I am thinking of, all the ODU wants the land for is to build a student center. So basically they want to take a productive company (even if they are a piece in the M.I.C.) and destroy it so that some unproductive students have a new place to socialize.

    On top of that when the company put up a sign to make the public aware of what was happening, the city of Norfolk, harassed them further by pulling out some obscure sign size law.

    And we wonder why manufacturing has left the US...
