I think she is a RP supporter. Even if she isn't she has every right to sue. I've seen the hatred for anyone Muslim in the Republican party first hand, even openly at our local Senate District convention.
Edit: If she is a RP supporter I'm glad she isn't pulling Ron Paul's name into it.
