Ryan Harmon is the State Representative for House District 45, which includes the towns of Burnham, Freedom, Knox, Montville, Palermo, Thorndike, Troy, and Unity. He lives in the town of Palermo with his wife of 12 years, Holly, and their two children.
Rep. Harmon was appointed to sit on the Taxation Committee for the 125th Legislature.
Currently in retail, he has worked as an Assistant Legislative Liaison and in the financial services sector.
Rep. Harmon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, a B.A. in History and Political Science,
and is a graduate of Mises University in Economics at LVMI Institute.
Rep. Harmon is very active within his community as a member of a variety of civic organizations, including the President of Palermo Youth Activities, Inc., Sheepscot Fish & Game Association, Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association, and the Palermo Town Budget Committee.
Rep. Harmon's personal interests and hobbies include golfing, hiking, studying philosophy and economics, and spending time with his family.
