It will be a Presidential rally to see
A demonstration of teleprompterbility
Surely, you must realize by now
The President is devoid of economic know-how
Is never occurred to him that it might fail
But they were the same ol’ Keynesian fairy-tales
Good God—one would have to be a fool
But he did not go the Austrian school
A school of economic thought—not just ought
It must be for what our forefathers fought
The actions of the President—put a major dent
In the Enlightenment of our republican experiment
The actions of Humans are far too complex for digital
For Imagination’s influences are so unpredictable
Statistical is the norm—but Imagination will never conform
Analog is fine—Imagination does not walk the line—or perform
Mr. President, I respect you, but I respect more
What you swore—Honor—an honorable man ignores
The seductive DC haziness that envelopes every man
Who ever became—CEO of Americans
It is easy to forget—that you are President
Not King.
