Exclamation Felony drug conviction? No education tax credit for you.

And the noose slips, ever so slightly, one notch tighter.

Felony drug conviction As of the end of 2011, the student had not been convicted of a felony for possessing or distributing a controlled substance

Congratulations ex-offender. Even though we have allowed you to re-entered society you will not get to experience the same benefits as lawful citizens. However, we will continue to take the fruits of your labours so that we can create more pseudo-citizens in your likeness.

    Exactly.

As it gets tougher and tougher to live a "normal" life after getting ensnared in the biggest prison complex system in the world, more and more people will become part of the permanent prison class.

If you had a Felony drug conviction, you would probably not be earning taxable income to begin with. Just stay in the private sector outside of any Federal privilege jobs and earnings.

Vance noted that if a person was convicted of murder, rape, or armed robbery, they'd get the ed. tax credit.
Based on the idea of natural rights, government secures those rights to the individual by strictly negative intervention, making justice costless and easy of access; and beyond that it does not go. The State, on the other hand, both in its genesis and by its primary intention, is purely anti-social. It is not based on the idea of natural rights, but on the idea that the individual has no rights except those that the State may provisionally grant him. It has always made justice costly and difficult of access, and has invariably held itself above justice and common morality whenever it could advantage itself by so doing.
