We'll see how awesome they think it is when they are paying $4 for a potato.
Oh wait, who am I kidding, if we taxed gas up to $10 a gallon we'd probably also be up to like a 60% income tax...no one would really pay for anything. The government would "provide" potatoes. With our money...
Well, Europe has always had much higher gas prices than us.
That being said, both sides will always justify their own party, when years earlier, they were bashing that same issue when it was turned the other way.
This is what they do. They pit us against each other.
Only fools fall for such shit.
I don't watch or read anything from the MSM. I highly suggest you do the same.
Not only that, but im incredibly skeptical of the MSM after reading about Operation Mockingbird.
For all we know, someone like Anderson Cooper, who did intern at the CIA, could be an agent.
Who knows? Why put myself through that.

That's great but the problem with 4$ gas was that it impacted shipping costs. Unlike personal cars, tractor trailers aren't built for fuel economy. With rising gas prices, companies that rely on cheap shipping costs are going to make their products more expensive, which is why when gas was 4$ a gallon before, so was milk and other basic commodities were also more expensive. Having to pay more on basic needs means that you have less money to spend on other goods if you're poor, which definitely impacts the economy.
Anyone who thinks high gas prices only impacts personal transportation is an idiot.
