He is the people that ran against or thought about running about Bass in 2010. http://www.opencongress.org/wiki/NH-02

Jennifer Horn ran. She is likely better than Bass but not pro-liberty.
Bob Guida ran. He is OK but he took last out of the Horn, Bass and himself.
    Bob Odell is bad.
Chuck Morse isn't as bad as Odell but he isn't OK.
    Andrew Hemingway is pro-liberty.
I don't know the rest of them.

Guida and Hemingway seem okay. I don't see any listings on politics1.com - are any of these people running hard or are they just names in a race that will inevitably go to Bass?

Well, the cat is out of the bag, I think. I've never heard of this person. I have no idea what he stands for or what his experience is but... I doubt he is worse than Bass

I've been told everything just launched, so i guess that is why it looks so terrible right now.

Ha yeah the cat is out of the bag. We are working on the website now. Amazing how setting up a facebook page makes everything leak .

Even under construction the site is 1000% better than this: http://votebass.com

So it's Dennis Lamare then? What are his chances? Does he have any existing core following? Is his campaign a creation of our people?

As to who Dennis Lamare is, I don't know anymore than the info on his website and Facebook. His bio doesn't seem to show a big political background. If I was only judging by who has liked him on Facebook, I'd say he is pro-liberty.

More bad news for Bass. The Democrat running for NH-2 has raised more money than Bass. If he has to pay $400,000 in fines, he is certain to lose the general election if he wins the GOP Primary. This bad news for Bass is good news for Dennis Lamare.

Attorney General charges 2010 Bass campaign with "deliberate" push-poll law violations

CONCORD _ The Attorney General's Office has filed a civil suit against U.S. Rep. Charlie Bass' 2010 campaign committee, charging violations of the state law governing political push polls.

If the state is successful in its suit, the Bass campaign could be fined as much as $400,000 for the alleged violations.

Anyone with the skills want to make a FaceBook cover page for us?

He ran for Senate and changed the direction of the debate (much like Ron) but didn't do too well. A lot of his policies are like Paul's he was against the Iraq war, wants out of Afghanistan, Germany, Japan, etc. He is against the Patriot Act, NDAA etc.

I don't want to say much more than it looks like a lot of the big players that ran the Paul campaign here in NH might be jumping on board.

I can say that I know of he has three county co-chairs to the RP campaign working with him. (myself included)

Bass can be defeated! Lamare can be the man to do it.

Good to hear that he's gathering a core following from Ron Paul's NH campaign people - hopefully it coalesces into a campaign capable of unseating Bass!

How's the Lamare thing coming along? Only 54 facebook likes, not good.

He lives in Lee, NH, which is deep into NH-1 and hasn't attended events in NH-2, at least not in my area. He doesn't even planning on moving to NH-2 if he wins. I will likely vote for him, but that's it. There is no way he could win against the Democrat, Kuster, unless she died before the election. The fact that he doesn't live in NH-2 will be the biggest issue of the election.
