Wednesday, March 28, 2012 – Precinct Convention Seminar. 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at Chester’s Hamburgers, 1006 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78209 at N. New Braunfels Ave. Guest Speaker: Marian Stanko, Executive Director, Republican Party of Bexar County, on “How to Become a Delegate to a Convention.” Contact for reservations no later than noon, Wednesday, March 28: Sharon at sharonhall2755@sbcglobal.net or 210-289-7396 so there will be enough materials to hand out to everyone. (Precinct Chairs will attend a separate class on “How to Conduct a Convention.”)

The date, times & locations were approved by the Bexar County Republican Executive Committee on March 12, 2012:
Senate District 19. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. at Highland Forest Elementary School Cafeteria, 3736 SE Military Drive, San Antonio TX 78223 Map. Precinct Conventions convene at 9:45 a.m. Senate District 19 Convention convenes at 12:00 Noon in the Cafeteria. Senate District 21. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. at Highland Forest Elementary School Cafeteria, 3736 SE Military Drive, San Antonio TX 78223 Map. Precinct Conventions convene at 9:45 a.m. Senate District 21 Convention convenes at 12:00 Noon in the Foyer. Senate District 25. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. at Judson ISD Performing Arts Center, 9443 Schaefer Road, Converse, TX 78109, Map. Precinct Conventions convene at 8:30 a.m. Opening Ceremonies begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Theater with speeches from Candidates and other guest speakers.
