Article 1, § 8, delegates specific powers to fed—ALL others default to the states or People, pursuant to Amend 10.

We know that fed was not bequeathed the power to prohibit drugs—a Constitutional Amendment (18) was required to prohibit the drug known as alcohol.

Consider: If one opposes Obama-HC, how can one governed by Reason support fed drug laws? Conversely, if one opposes fed traversing into the domain of the states with respect to medical marijuana, how can one support HC?

The commerce clause was cited to justify both; however, the commerce clause has not been altered heretofore Amend 18; nor, has the human vocabulary been redefined.

Have mystical powers been bequeathed to fed, or have Congress and the SC abandoned Reason?

Mystically acquired powers are indeed very interesting. Regrettably, as interesting as it is, I will never understand, for I am unable to traverse beyond the boundaries of Reason, into the realm of the supernatural.

Evidently, the cabal of DC attorneys is not encumbered by the trivialities of logic and Reason.
