So how come the Afghans haven't had the guts to demand more compensation or kick the invaders out of their country if their lives are worth so little?

Why would the Afghans value the lives of dead Afghans more than we? How much are the lives of the USA's inner-city youth valued here? Who demands compensation for them or that the wars on work and trade end? Americans are not acting in the interest of Americans. I expect no different from the Afghans.
