What's the strategy?

For future Primary and Caucus States, the grassroots will canvass back alleys and local wino hangouts and promise the town drunks a FREE bottle of Mad Dog 20/20 if they go vote for Ron Paul on voting day. What town drunk would turn down this offer?

I believe with this offer, we could possibly get 100% turn-out for votes as opposed to the college students who are averaging about 10% turn-out. Hell, what drunk doesn't like their FREEDOM? It's a win-win situation.
