Ok that is a flat out lie, Democracy was never mentioned once in the constitution, bill of rights or the declaration. He is making this crap up as he goes along.This so called constitutional professor bastardizes the entire rule of law.

America really is (or was) alone among countries of the world in terms of having a republic as a form of government. The term 'republic' is practically unknown beyond American shores, and it is being removed from our vocabulary as well.
If something bad happens, we will be blamed. If something good happens, we will get no credit. If nothing happens, we will be forgotten.
