Someone in MD should ask the state voting records for a list of registered Libertarians and start looking up phone numbers (you can set up a google docs and get help lookingup numbers from forum members - ME and WY did this)and calling these folks to get them to register Republican. We have a similar project in NJ where we ask them if they will reaffiliate and we'll even send them two forms so they can reaffiliate back to Libertarian if they choose to after the primary.
