Comes from behind in Alabama 3-way

Nope... I am not making up this title.

"Governor, if I had foreseen the use those people
designed to make of their victory,
there would have been no surrender at
Appomattox Courthouse; no sir, not by me.
Had I foreseen these results of subjugation,
I would have preferred to die at Appomattox
with my brave men, my sword in my right hand." - Robert E. Lee to Governor Fletcher S. Stockdale (D-Texas), 1870

Texas Congressman Ron Paul was not included in the poll except for a choice for “other.”
    Beautiful.

  4. #3
So wait did Other get 34.8% then? Did Ron Paul win it without being one of the choices?

    Santorum 28
    Gingrich 18.9
    Romney 18.3
    = 65.2

    100 - 65.2 = 34.8

WTF? It also says the last poll only included those three. How are people not freaking the hell out over this?

    Perhaps 25% undecided?

That article is FAKE? Here is the original one

    http://madvertiserblogs.com/southunionstreet/?p=2317

The poll, conducted statewide over the past month, found 28 percent of likely GOP primary voters remain undecided on their choices heading into the state’s March 13 primary. Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich had the support of 18.9 percent of respondents; Santorum had 18.3 percent, and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney had 15.2 percent.
    that says:

Remaining voting totals would have Ron Paul @ 19.6% of the vote.

    Romney 15.2%
    Santorum 18.3%
    Gingrich 18.9%
    Undecided 28%
    ——————–
    Total 80.4%

Remaining amount (Understood as Ron Paul)

    Ron Paul 19.6%

Ron Paul is in the lead in Alabama.

I think that's the previous poll that the OP refers to.

EDIT: Nope, that was a different poll. Sorry.

So, the OP's article mistook the 28% undecided as 28% for Santorum...

During the sign waves I have been involved with we get a lot of positive reaction for Ron Paul.

why wouldn't they include Paul? It makes this a completely BS poll.

Guys and gals, this does not mean Ron Paul has a lead here.

Hate to discourage, but Santorum will probably win big here. I hope The RP campaign doesn't waste resources here. The Southeast is no friend of individual liberty, especially versus a "Socon"

Santorum comes up from the rear end.

Yea, its been proven to be the host of thumb suckers who love war and big daddy government to protect them from all the evils of the world, so let them wallow in it then, i say. Waste of time throwing money away on those states.

When does Kentucky vote though? Be interesting to see how he does there, with Rand representing that state in the US Senate.
