It is common now for the media to bring up the issue that Dr.Paul has not passed many bills while in Congress, i feel this could be a good answer -
1) bring up, like he did yesterday, that Congress has a very bad approval rating and they are passing bills like Obamacare, bailouts and NDAA, so lets not assume that passing bills is good in itself.
2) give some solid examples of the kind of bills he has supported but were not passed and leave it for the audience or the interviewer to judge whether that was a good bill or not. here do mention the motion to pass the Letter of Marque and Reprisal against OBL and the audit the fed bill and his amendment to the NDAA. there must be other bills which could make good examples.
