Politifact has a not so good record on many things. A lot of discrepancies have been found in their reporting in the past.
Guys, all you need to do is look at this quote right here from the article:
"We have not looked into Santorum's role, if any, in growing the department."
In other words, Politifact in their usual dishonest manner, pulled a rating out of their asses without doing ANY research. Seriously, there is a reason why these liars don't have comment sections on their webpage.
