The county attorney's office is dropping charges against a man who tracked down a burglary suspect and held him at gunpoint until police could arrive.
Dennis Fleming said he tracked down the man in his Farmington neighborhood and fired his gun into the ground to get the burglar to stop.

Compared to MA, it undoubtedly is. Compared to where the country should be, there is still considerable work to do, IMO.

Such a thing is to be expected in most any city or town, due to laws pertaining to discharging a firearm within city limits ... The exception is defensive use, and this was not.
It was a warning shot, and is no different than having a ND inside your home/residence ... People often get charged for such things, and then the DA drops the charge once things have been reviewed.
Let them keep thinking Ron Paul supporters are just a little army. Every military strategy manual in the world has examples of the bad things that happen to arrogant commanders of massive armies that underestimate the enemy. They all lose. We will win because the human heart, despite its detractors, is meant for truth and freedom.
