I thought about this kind of incentive earlier, but for different actions.
Wouldn't that work for Money-Bombs too? Every Money-Bomb the X highest single donors plus Y randomly chosen out of all donors will get a chance to meet Dr. Paul at a small, privat event. I guess that could make a few guys to max-out at once and could also increase the number of over all donations.
