Tomorrow, Mon., Feb. 20, I will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Pennyroyal Regional Veterans Center in Hopkinsville (506 Boles Avenue). The event begins at 9:30 a.m. Central time. As I often say, a primary responsibility of our federal government is national defense. We must take care of our veterans and I have to pledged to do so.
