The technology has already been developed. Dairy farms use it to feed waste milk back to their heifer calves. The FDA won't approve it because Big Dairy would have to replace tens of billions of dollars worth of equipment. Cheaper just to keep feeding the masses the dead, allergenic white swill to which they are accustomed. He who has the researchers and lobbyists win!
