Absolutely. Isn't it fascinating that the Al-Qaida rebels in Libya immediately set up a Central Bank once things started to go their way? How spontaneous could that have been? Does anyone really believe a bunch of supposedly radical Muslims rallied around the idea of a Central Bank?
