Trouble with Signing up as Delegate on RonPaul2012/delegate

On RonPaul2012/delegate the SUBMIT button is covered up by the FaceBook (and other) buttons if the font size in the browser is greater than normal (Medium).

For us older people who have to increase the size of the font on the browser if our video settings are in high resolution (such as HD) we/they cannot find the SUBMIT button. I finally changed my font to normal to see if that would help, and it did. I also tried Zoom to 150% with font normal (Medium?) and that worked fine, I could see the submit button, and was able to sign up (already signed up as delegate locally).

HELP the older people by fixing this (or contacting those responsible) Please

Edit: I'm using IE 8.0 in case that makes a difference.
