You can help Glen Bradley win his Primary!
Hello Paul supporters,
Glen Bradley has been described by many as "the Ron Paul of the NC State House," and like Ron Paul, the House leadership redistricted him out of his House Seat, so he is stepping up to the State Senate. There is also a three-way primary amongst Republicans with the Primary election on May 8th, 2012.
We are literally out of time. In a meeting with some heavy hitter professional campaigners, we have laid out a sound strategy for victory on May 8th, but we need to come up with serious campaign cash immediately to compete. The generous members of the Ron Paul Forums have given until it hurts, and we can't thank you enough for that. But we need to expand the donor base in order to raise the kind of money necessary to win the race.
To that end, we are asking Ron Paul supporters to contact Ron Paul and John Tate and show your support for a Ron Paul endorsement of Glen Bradley in the NC State Senate race. With a single endorsement message from Ron Paul, BJ Lawson was able to raise nearly a million dollars.
Glen Bradley was politically apathetic until 2007 when he dropped his entire life to campaign for Ron Paul. He canvassed South Carolina, Alabama, and North Carolina in an effort to help get Ron Paul elected President in 2008. In 2011, with his own State Senate primary election just a couple months away, State House Representative Glen Bradley again travelled to Charleston SC to campaign for Ron Paul. Glen's voting record in the NC State House is publicly available, and his commitment to the principles and platform of Ron Paul is unquestionable.
The bottom line is that without a Ron Paul endorsement of Glen Bradley being broadcast to all of Ron Paul's North Carolina supporters almost immediately, Glen will simply not have the funds to compete. May 8th may seem like it's a long ways off, but the purchase of materials and advertisements can not be made last minute. We need to be knocking on doors today with handouts, bumper stickers, and Constitutions.
We are up against a hard wall on time, and there is not a moment to spare. When a single emailed endorsement from Ron Paul was able to help BJ Lawson bring in almost a million dollars, a similar emailed endorsement for Glen Bradley could conceivably fund the entire campaign in a single shot.
We need your help. The Glen Bradley campaign has been in contact with John Tate, Chair of the Ron Paul PCC, and they seem more than willing to help, but this is where we need you, the Ron Paul grassroots base, to contact Ron Paul and the Ron Paul PCC and seek his endorsement for Glen Bradley and a fundraising letter to be sent out on Glen's behalf.
With your help we can win this State Senate Primary. Without it, the picture is pretty grim.
