Thread: FAIR Debate: Worried About Fox -- What CAN We Do?

  1. #31
Uh, guys...hate to burst your bubble but they will escort you out. I went to a Republican committe that had Gulliani as a speaker, signs all over. We were going to whip out are signs but were singled out and escorted off the premises. Its not right, but the cards are stacked against you.

That said, if you go, dress like a Right wing Republican or break out your fatigues. Women in skirts, men w/ blazers etc. It will be harder to identify you right out of the gate. Unfortunately, that how they got us. Jeans & backpacks don't work

RIGHT! Go in full "disguise" even if you have to borrow or rent a suit!!!! Shave your face, short clean-cut hair. Ladies a trip to the beauty parlor for the full treatment. New dress, new shoes, stocking, pretty jewelry. (Hey I know it goes against the grain, but isnt a sacrafice for the campaign worth it? )

If any of you are military - it's time to break out the dress uniform! They won't DARE to "dishonor" someone from the service by throwing them out of the debate!

freedom_junkie, its ridiculous that people would even try that again.

Step 1) Pretend you are for another top-tier candidate such as McCain, Giuliani, etc.

Step 2) Learn that candidates positions on the issues in case anyone questions you.

Step 3) Dress up nice. The nicer, the better. I'd personally go with a button-down and tie.

Contact the campaigns to try to get a ticket. And after the debate, pretend you are an undecided and get into the Fox focus group. In fact pretend you have never heard of Ron Paul before that point. Yes, this is cheating, but it only counteracts the cheating that Fox News does to boost their favorite candidates.

I realize that an idea like this has zero chance, but all is fair in love and war, right? Faux has proven time and time again that they ARE NOT FAIR NOR ARE THE BALANCED. I agree, that this is probably the absolute worst idea I have ever had!

All I have to say is to remember Dr Paul's message. In this case, you are suggesting acting like the CIA and pull off a False Flag event. And, that will carry with it blowback. Remember this in your planning and consideration.

Do you mean that we are plotting Covert Infiltration Activities like the CIA? kewl.

I think signing up for focus groups is a great idea. I didn't know you could even sign up to be in one of those groups Luntz makes to discredit Paul?! If you can though we ALL need to sign up for that if we could make the debate. There's no way I can make it being across the country but those of you who can absolutely should sign up for the focus group thing. Then pretend you love Giuliani, and say yes to whatever Frank says, and then when he is like "Who do you think won the debate?" you can be like "Well if Ron Paul had been here he would have! But I guess Fox doesn't like him idk." That would be great lol! I would like to hear him say "I think that says a LOT about that poll" (trying to discredit Paul at one of the debates) after that!

It would be cool if it was possible to get enough people in supporting Paul under other candidates, but I'm not sure its possible. But if you want to try I say go for it! Just be sure to sneak a sign in under your clothes though or you won't serve much purpose. The best thing to do to let the tv audience see Paul's support there is to be holding up a sign during a camera shot. The cheering makes some difference but not a whole lot really. Signs are more visible and noticeable. But you would have to be careful of when you hold them up for the camera because after that the security will be getting rid of you lol.

Let the military guys hold the signs! How "impressive" would it be if they got caught escorting Military out of their debate? I am sure CNN and MSNBC would cover a story like that! "FAUX NEWS HATES THE MILITARY" - What a headline.

But again, I know this CIA plan has zero chance of success, so forget I said anything at all about it. It is sure fun to think about though!

Matter of fact, this is such a horrible idea, I think the moderators ought to consider deleting this thread - lest any innocent people are harmed at the debates when Fox starts harrassing people believing them to be any of us! I know you are watching this forum Hannity - go ahead and admit it!

Here is another example of media manipulation by Faux News - caught in a trap laid by Steven Colbert:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGqPxn7njqM

Again, I want to remind everyone that I think my idea on this thread is too far out to actually work and any thought of implementing it should be abandoned immediately! This could turn into something very ugly and garner a lot of media attention from other networks like CNN and MSNBC who is running a piece about Fox News tonight.

I wonder if anyone has any of those "V" for vendetta masks lying around the house left over from Halloween?...

I just noticed that this thread has not been deleted yet. I was wondering if it would be feasible that someone on the "inside" of the debate had access to the seating area in the auditorium would be a closet Ron Paul Supporter? and if so, how could we convince him/her to place a V mask or some other Ron Paul poster or flyer under each seat? It will be difficult to sneak any sort of paraphanalia past the security there, but if it is already inside and waiting, what then?

NAH! Never mind, It is just too far fetched! It will never work. Please delete this thread moderators, I don't want anyone to get hurt or upset or anything. Ya never know what sort of blowback such activities might have.
