Taliban-U.S. peace talks look more likely; military worried

Why neocons plant Obama had to do this now after over 1000 Americans killed in Afghanistan and many thousands lost limbs in last two years needless escalation of endless war? If he wanted peace talks with terrorists, why he did not start "peace talks" two years ago and brought troops home in 2009?

But will it work if troops kept getting killed under Obama's watch in an endless war he escalated and Talibans refused to accept Obama's peace talks invite?

10 NATO troops killed in Afghanistan, 4 killed by Afghan soldier
Today's Afghan war events in google world news. Obama's masters wanted to escalate war and start peace talks with insurgents at same time, does this plan make any sense? How many NATO troops will be killed in Afghanistan under Obama's watch untill his Taliban peace talks work?

Marine tape reaction sets Taliban fighters against commanders
    Reuters – 1 hr 20 mins ago

KABUL (Reuters) - Taliban fighters in Afghanistan have been enraged by a video which shows U.S. marines urinating on three corpses, believed to be insurgents, and some say they do not understand their leadership's relatively measured response to the tape.

News of the clip spread fast across Afghanistan, even though only a minority of people have electricity and the internet is restricted to a tiny urban elite.

Radio can reach remote militants and villagers and mobile phones are used by many Afghans, on both sides of the war, for storing and sharing videos even in remote areas with little communications infrastructure.
