I think NRA should stand for National Rights Abusers. When is the last time they actually did something to protect gun owners' rights?

Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

I think that while maybe the leadership of the NRA has lost sight of what they are about,most rank and file members are still pro second amendment and should be impressed with Ron Paul's overall message.
