US Citizen (From Arizona) living in Australia asks me how he can vote for Ron Paul

Need some help folks. I run Australians For Ron Paul (http://www.Australians4RonPaul.com) and Liberty Australia (http://www.la.org.au)

and I received this email...

This will get his registration switched and get him registered, but he'll need to get an absentee ballot and I'm not sure how to do that:

The deadline to register Republican is January 30.

After he re-registers as a Republican, he needs to contact his County Recorder's office and request an early ballot. He can find his County Recorder's contact info here:

He doesn't need a drivers license. He can use the last 4 digits of his social security number as an alternative. He doesn't need both.

Maybe have him call his state reps local office. Ours are very helpful.
