    Arrive at 8 a.m. on Feb. 4 to register. The meeting begins at 9 a.m.

    This is interesting:

    Absentee ballots will be accepted for military personnel who have returned ballots by Feb. 3
    According to the Nevada GOP:

    Absentee voting is only available to members of the military, and the dependents, stationed outside the county they are registered to vote in, on the day of the caucus.
    This is the only caucus state I've heard of accepting absentee ballots.

    Rightfully so... I think every state should allow absentee voting for military members and their dependents that are stationed outside of the US.
