Tea Party Logo Submissions Here

I'm not sure if anyone has produced any event logos yet, but I thought a logo would help with promoting the event via:

1. Increasing Recognition of the event brand.
2. Use as avatars
3. Use in videos
4. Use for a link to teaparty07.com from webpages.

Here's my contribution to get things started. Perhaps some other design guys can contribute better ones.

If anyone wants me to send them the illustrator file for this to save time, message me.

I love this aesthetically but like the November 5th graphics it isn't clear what it is for. It is only good for people who are already aware of what the Tea Party is.

What I love about it is that it has all the essential info. I think it would be better if the text was a lot easier to read and perhaps a relevant picture graphic behind the text in the middle. Right now it looks a bit too generic.

I agree. I'm still a bit of a learner but I'll have a go at putting a semi-transparent image in it, and see if I can get the inner text a bit clearer.

I'm still hoping a good designer can combine a few ideas and make something brilliant quite quickly.

I'd like my design to look more like a button (3D lighting) with some reflection lines for effect. But I'll see what I can do when I get a couple of hours. Sat night here in Australia so time for me to go out

....and then go on to replace the brief description of the Tea's attributes with a couple lines on Ron Paul that sound vaguely tea related.

The TeaParty07 website and date could go at the bottom where the grams and number of tea bags are listed but like:

I think something that says FOR LIBERTY on it as thats what the Boston Tea Party was all about. There was the Liberty seized by John Hancock for smuggling, then Sons of Liberty that tossed the tea into the harbor and Dr. Paul wrote FOR LIBERTY as his slogan on the official New Hampshire president primary registration. John McCain wrote IM BAAAAAACK!

In this one, RP's shoulders look too narrow. Makes him look like one of those bobbing head dolls. Would you be able to widen the shoulder area?

This one is my favorite by far. I like the other ones that are brown without tea bags too though a lot. I hope we use these for promoting a lot they look so good.

I need to actually fix that so it will look better on colored backgrounds, i'll get an alt up for the teabag one soon.

Wow! There are so many great options on this thread. Great work everyone. It's hard to choose, but if I had to I think this would be my favorite.
