Santorum robocalls making NH voters angry!

I've had several calls over the past week from the same number, but we never answer. Last night, I had three in the space of a half-hour, so this morning I decided to look it up to see who it was. This is what I found:

Those are the first two links I looked at, and some of the comments are pure gold! (emphasis mine)

A goddamn political survey. They keep calling at least once every two hours. Calling back gives an invalid account message. I've even been called four times past midnight on my cell phone. This is harassment, plain and simple. And should be considered illegal, they're obviously not a claims company, but they sure do act like one.


Same thing...calling every damn day. Calling back does no good. Who are these jerks because I got some faces to punch!


It is a political call. I blocked it from calling my house again since I got six calls from that number already today. To block the call dial *60 on your phone[...]

Just got 4th call in the last 6 hours. Took the survey, just pushed a number to get to the end of call. This is paid for by RICK SANTORUM FOR PRESIDENT. If they think that I'll change who I'll vote for if they just keep calling, they're obviously clueless. Received about 6 calls in the last 24 hours from this number. It claims to be a political survery. So we decided to play along. Whatever answer you give, you get a message from Rick Santorum. How about we start calling his home phone number all hours of the day and night???
At the very end you get, 'This survey is paid for by... Rick Santorum!" SOrry Rick, no dice! Not in this lifetime. Tried to call back to say please stop and got, this account is not valid. Hmm. How'd he do that? And why the heck did he call back 6 hours later. I took the damn survey!

The call is a survey from Rick Santorum. Why would I vote for him after he annoys me all day on a weekend. I've gotten 4-5 calls in a row today, and many other calls from this same number over the last few weeks.

If these are not from your organization, please be aware there are many NH voters that will not vote for you due to this level of annoying and inconsiderate tactics.

My goodness, NINE calls over the past two days?! Instead of just hanging up as we usually do, my wife finally listened to the call to find out who was calling. It was Paid for by Santorum for President. So we Googled Santorum.

What a disgusting creep. And we were two Undeclared's who were thinking about voting for him. Ugh I am disgusted.


9 calls from this number in the last 2 days. also 5 calls from D.C. keep it up and my husband and I will not vote at all. Santorum you are a fool if you think these tactics will get you votes.

Santorum may have "spoiled the field" for phone calls, but I'm still going to try to ID voters in NH.

this looks like a tight close fight at the top for 1st + 2nd then 3rd!
huntsman looks like 15%, ron paul easily is 30% and mitt stays at 35%!

I have left a lot of voice mails, but when we are this close to a primary or caucus I avoid doing that and instead list them as unavailable after 4 or 5 rings. Robocalls are without a doubt impersonal and annoying, especially from someone like Santorum.

They're also illegal here in NH- $5,000.00 penalty per call- when they call people like ME, who are on the Do Not Call registry. Gingrich is currently being investigated for this. Now it's Santorum's turn. I received two robocalls from the Chickenhawk already, maybe I'll sue him for 10K.
