ALL taxation beyond Income tax is double taxation ,. It's illegal and always has been. Welcome to popular opinion rules.
Truth is you pay tax on monies you never recieve or get to use. State income tax already doubles and local income tax triples the taxes, or any combination thereof. This is why income tax on a persons' wage was never implimented by our founding forefathers. All taxes after income tax multiplies the original tax.
NOW calculate how much tax you pay.

Certainly, that is a very good point to also be considered. What is it they say over 70% of every Dollar put into circulation is returned to one form or another of government in the guise of a "tax"?
