How to find out how much money I have left to donate?

I already know I maxed mine out. I went over actually, I didn't think anyone was watching. But I got a call from somebody who made me put it on my wife.

I lost the number, does anyone know who I need to call to find out how much more money my wife has left before she maxes out? I would like to make sure we are both maxed out.
