Drudge front and center: Rasmussen: ROMNEY 45% OBAMA 39%...?

I wonder how much he had to pay for THAT poll result?

    They are getting desperate

...I'm sure this massive 9-point swing has NOTHING to do with Bank Party fears that Ron Paul will win Iowa and therefore explode the "he can't win the Republican nomination" argument. This marks the introduction of the "Romney will crush Obama" theme.

Based on the idea of natural rights, government secures those rights to the individual by strictly negative intervention, making justice costless and easy of access; and beyond that it does not go. The State, on the other hand, both in its genesis and by its primary intention, is purely anti-social. It is not based on the idea of natural rights, but on the idea that the individual has no rights except those that the State may provisionally grant him. It has always made justice costly and difficult of access, and has invariably held itself above justice and common morality whenever it could advantage itself by so doing.

It is probably real. The fact of the matter is that any of these Republican candidates, including fat Newt, could beat Obama.

There is just no way Obama is going to win re-election with the economy the way it is, it just won't happen no matter who his opponent happens to be.
