Lightbulb New Meme: War with Iran will require the Draft, Obama/Mitt will bring back the Draft

Lets get some of our own (justified) fear-mongering into gear.

If the U.S. tries to prosecute any more wars with readiness levels as low as they are then voluntary recuitment isn't going to cut it.

It is time to sound the warning that a vote for Mitt or Obama (as appropriate) is a vote to re-instate the draft.

If we sound this across facebook, twitter, blogs and comments all at the same time we may be able to introduce it as a talking point.

It will turn the foreign policy from on of fear of Iran to fear of the draft. People are unwilling to believe we will run out of money but they areready to beleive we are running out of soliders.

How are we going to occupy Syria, Iran and others without the draft?

Interesting, but I don't know if it's true. First, the draft is very unpopular politically and would hurt a president's chance of reelection. Second, recruitment has been so high lately due to unemployment that they might not even need the draft. In fact, they've even been turning some people away. Third, a lot of modern warfare is fought long distance with things like drones. We should be wary of a draft, but I doubt you'll be able to scare many people with it.

With any possible Mike Pence presidency, there may be a higher risk for war with Iran. Even if
Donald Trump serves out his full term & does not get his French derrière booted out of office, the
odds increase that maybe Mike Pence will set in motion a new religious Crusade in the Mideast.

Maybe you should want Trump to stay in office then.
