Obama's masters had told him to use foreign aid to support occupation and denial of equal rights to Palestinians apparently just few weeks ago. Can anyone explain such glaring double standard in use of foreign aid for oppressing rights for residents of land where Jesus once walked vs promoting rights for gays?

The order also directs U.S. government agencies to use foreign assistance to protect human rights and advance non-discrimination, and work with international organizations to fight discrimination against gays and lesbians.

Obama's announcement is part of the White House's outreach to gays and lesbians, a core Democratic constituency. Since taking office, Obama has advocated for the repeal of the military's ban on openly gay service members and ordered the administration to stop enforcing a law defining marriage as between one man and one woman.

US threatens to cut off UNESCO over Palestinian bid

WASHINGTON — The United States warned Wednesday that a vote by UNESCO to accept the Palestinian Authority as a full member with state's rights could force the United States to cut off funding to the organization.

State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said that in individual and bilateral consultations, the United States has made clear "that there are consequences if UNESCO votes in this direction."

For the record, I don't think the claims made by Larry Sinclair while back about Obama's own sexuality sounded credible, not that there would be anything wrong if Obama was really gay or bi as Sinclair suggested. Obama's masters seems to be motivated by 2012 election politics in the latest foreign aid policy design.
