Today I've said that I would hate it if Trevor was in charge. However, knowing he was just the website designer and not the selector of the theme, I'm fine with that. In fact having some website development abilities myself I have no choice but to think of him as being on my side

The only thing I ask is that you ask for the $100 pledges like the thisNovember5th website did. Starting off by suggesting $25 won't break the Kerry record of $8 million. We want $10 million + by 100,000 people... we dreamed of it for the 5th and we just may get it for the 16th.

For the email signup thing, you should include an option for "undisclosed" for those that don't want to say or don't know how much they will donate.
