Looking for a Drupal/PHP developer for consultation

Looking for someone to consult with on implementing a graphic design template and changing the site layout. Our main site developer is sick, and while we made a lot of progress with the site, we are running into a few roadblocks with layout. It's for a Ron Paul project, of course.

I would like to help, but sadly I haven't touched PHP in 4-5 years. If you have any simple things that need looked at I may be able to help, but it's been so long that I don't remember enough to be of real help.

I know PHP pretty well (and have used it recently), but I haven't had much experience with Drupal, and I'm not a graphic designer. Might be able to help, though.

Good luck -- I screamed up and down in 2010 for a Drupal person, and again when setting up my 2012 site and it never got very far. Ended up with a local guy and a wordpress framework. not even a fraction as good, but no way i can do it myself this time.
